QIGONG IN WATER HONORED

In its first year, Bett was honored to be invited to demonstrate this form at the prestigious 6th World Qigong Conference, as well as the combined American Society on Aging-National Conference on Aging (ASA/NCOA) Conference. Participants were delighted with the experiences, which occurred in San Francisco at the rooftop pool of the Downtown Hilton, and the Spa at the Marriott.

SpiritWalking™ Qigong may also be practiced outside of the water in a natural outdoor setting.

This unique program can be found at the Downtown Berkeley YMCA, 2001 Allston Way, beginning Sunday, July 11, at 5:30 p.m. Free attendance is offered for low-income persons with cancer.
