Spirit Walking: Aqua Ch'i® mindful water wellness workout

SpiritWalking is a sequence of 7 movements performed while walking a focused pathway,

or labyrinth, with healing intention.



Drawing from the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong as well as a host of Eastern and Western spiritual traditions, you will experience a walking meditation in warm water to enhance relaxation, increase flexibility, and communicate with a calmer more centered you. To enhance the experience, movements will be accompanied by gentle rhythms. Join us and discover a mindful meditation.
